Getting Rid Of Grease
As products are continuously used, they begin to get built up with more and more oil, paint and grease. They can quickly become coated in stains, dirt, wax and lubricants. These and other contaminants will begin to affect the parts and machines from working in the way that they were originally intended. Once the items are thoroughly cleaned, they can go back to working good as new, however, this can be difficult. Simply scraping a sticker off a car can take hours, let alone a part that has been gathering grease for years.
Without products like ultrasonic degreasers, these cleaning tasks could take days. But, by employing these heavy industrial products, it can be fairly quick and easy. A form of ultrasonic cleaners, ultrasonic degreasers can be used to not only clean, but also sanitize various parts and equipment by using ultrasonic immersion cleaning and conventional vapor degreasing. In this simple process, solvents are used to dissolve the contaminants on the part which will then run off, leaving the part completely looking brand new.
With these heavily coated substances, the traditional methods of ultrasonic cleaning are often not enough. Often traditional cleaning techniques must also be used to get the complete clean necessary. When it comes to ultrasonic degreasers however, two methods are combined. These are ultrasonic cleaning and vapor degreasing. In the degreasers, metal tanks are made with heating elements in the bottom. These are used to heat special cleaning solvents to a boil in the closed vessel. As it evaporates it will rise up into the chamber containing the part that needs treatment. The temperature difference in the two chambers allows the solvent to form onto the part, then drip off, removing the unwanted materials. It is a highly precise way of getting the quick and efficient clean.
