Multi-Tasking Products: Heating and Cooling Ovens
Every day, new technologies change how manufacturing processes are completed. One such innovation is the invention created by a batch oven manufacturer. This new invention combines heating and cooling in one unit, so that products can be cooked or treated in the same machine that cools the item. These batch ovens can reach heating temperatures up

Some modifications to the basic design allow the ovens to also be used to heat flammable materials in accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 86 safety standards. The oven is entirely customizable, with size capabilities for heating and cooling tiny objects to objects that are up to 55 gallons in size. This versatility makes it ideal for using with a wide range of heating and cooling applications.
Some versions of these ovens have multiple doors for use in factories with space constraints. Additional sections can be added to the batch oven to make it larger for larger items or larger batches. Easy bolt attachments make expanding the ovens a breeze. The heating system uses a combination of thermocouples and digital thermometers to achieve highly accurate temperature settings. The ovens are also available in carbon steel or stainless steel versions, depending on the needs of the factory. Differing air flow options can also make the ovens useful for a variety of different heating and cooling tasks.
The ability to both heat and cool an object in the same space is extremely beneficial to factories, especially factories with limited space. Although the temperature does not drop low enough to cool consumable products, the batch ovens are suitable for heating and cooling nearly any other product and material.
